Terms of Compute & Service

01. Entity & Scope of Service
These Terms of Compute and Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual operator, creator studio, or enterprise entity) and Axtrelis LLC ("VeoForge", "we", "us", or "our").
VeoForge provides an industrial video mass-production gateway, API proxy mesh, and automation studio for generating synthetic video, script audio, and thumbnail assets via distributed neural weight clusters and sovereign cloud infrastructure.
02. Billing, Stripe Payments & Minimum Deposit
All financial transactions, credit pack purchases, and enterprise settlements are processed securely through Stripe. VeoForge does not store or process raw credit card numbers or banking secrets on internal servers.
- Minimum Deposit: $10.00 USD entry tier (credited as 10,000 Compute Units).
- Unit Ledger: Compute units are deducted atomically upon successful completion and verification of video render jobs.
- Instant Provisioning: Upon successful Stripe checkout confirmation, API keys and unit balances are minted in real time.
- Expiration: Purchased units do not expire as long as your account remains in active, good standing.
03. 48-Hour Wire Protocol Patch SLA & Liquidation Guarantee
VeoForge maintains a strict risk-reversal policy for all operators:
- 48-Hour Protocol Patch: In the event that upstream provider API endpoints or session protocols change, VeoForge engineers commit to deploying working upstream routing adapters within 48 hours.
- Pro-Rata Liquidation: If an upstream outage or breaking API change cannot be resolved within 48 hours, or if you choose to exit the platform, you may request an immediate pro-rata refund of all unspent compute units returned to your original Stripe payment method.
04. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
By accessing the VeoForge Web Studio or API gateway, you agree not to dispatch prompts or generate content that violates legal boundaries, including but not limited to:
- Non-consensual deepfakes, harassment, defamation, or hate speech.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexually explicit synthetic media.
- Automated credential stuffing, denial-of-service (DDoS) against our proxy mesh, or unauthorized vulnerability probing.
- Circumvention of quota limits or attempting double-spend exploits on the unit balance ledger.
Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of API keys and forfeiture of balance, without prejudice to legal remedies.
05. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
You retain 100% full commercial ownership of all video files, audio renders, thumbnail composites, and creative outputs generated via your licensed VeoForge account, subject to upstream model terms and applicable international copyright statutes.
06. Third-Party Model Disclaimer
VeoForge is an independent orchestration suite developed by Axtrelis LLC. VeoForge is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., Runway AI Inc., or HeyGen. All brand names are property of their respective trademark holders.
